- AOAgustin OrozcoAug 22, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. The employee taking our order got our order wrong and initially told us it would be about a 20-minute wait. When we pointed out that the order was incorrect, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation professionally, she made it seem like it was somehow our fault. We then had to wait another 20 minutes because of the mistake. What bothered me the most was the customer service. When I tried to speak with her about what happened, she simply walked away while I was talking to her. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but blaming the customer and walking away instead of communicating or apologizing is not acceptable customer service. After waiting around 40 minutes, we finally got our food, only to find out that they had given us the wrong size pizza, the wings were bad, and one of the pizzas was undercooked. After all that waiting, we still didn't even receive the order correctly or properly prepared. The original mistake could have been understandable, but the way we were treated and the condition of the food made the entire experience extremely disappointing. Definitely not the kind of service or food quality I expected from Pizza Hut.
