  Worse pizza I've ever received from any Pizza Hut. crust isn't cooked all the way. Hand tossed looks like paper thin and soggy. Call to complain and no one will answer. Stay away.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an $80+ delivery order at 7:26 PM. The store does not close until 9:00 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 25–35 minutes. I specifically placed the order during that window because I was leaving a water park with my four children at 8:00 PM and timed it so dinner would be ready when we got home. The order was never delivered. No one called. No one texted. No email update. No communication whatsoever. When I arrived at the store at 9:03 PM, the doors were locked. An employee opened the door and informed me they were closed. I explained that I had a delivery order that never arrived, and she told me it had been canceled because they didn’t have drivers. When I asked why no one contacted me, her response was, “I was going to, but I forgot.” To make matters worse, my food was sitting on the counter inside the store. I had four hungry kids, spent almost $100, had to go out in the cold after getting out of the pool, and still had to figure out dinner at the last minute. Now I’m also waiting up to 7 business days for my refund. The lack of communication and basic customer courtesy is unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill delivery orders, customers deserve to be notified immediately — not left waiting and stranded. Very disappointing experience.
