- SDSkylar DanielsMay 3, 20261.0Yesterday I went through the drive through and had an unpleasant experience. One of the employees there was very rude and immature. I ordered a milkshake and one other drink. The milkshake was handed to me half filled with whipped cream and the rest had the shake in it. Size L. Once I noticed I let the employee know but she then snatches it out of my hand and tossed it no words just plain rude. I guess they were having issues with the machine maybe cleaned it early and she was upset that it needed to be remade. Idk. When she came back to the window with my shake I let her know that her snatching was rude and she then starts trying to go back and fourth with me…. Listen I’m not even confrontational but her attitude was terrible. She ends up saying that “she hopes I get the night I deserve” and slams the window. Whatever that means. I will not be returning. I was a regular and have never had any issues until last night. I did happen to snap a pic of the employee not even properly dressed for work. Apparently her name is Yuri and Zuri. Hopefully some higher up will address this properly.
- KCKihwan ChoiMay 1, 20261.0I placed a delivery order, and the pancakes arrived already packaged. The paper bag was also sealed with tape, so the issue was not likely caused during delivery. There was a hair found specifically between the second and third layer of the pancakes. Because of where it was located, it clearly was not something that fell on top while eating, but rather seems to have been inside the packaging or during preparation. This was very disappointing given the expectation of basic food hygiene, especially with sealed packaging.
