Names were not put on as requested. Sandwich not cut in half as requested. My wife went in to use the bathroom, and was asked several times what order she was waiting for. There weren’t any other orders or customers in the store! 3 employees and just awful slow service. Not even close to what you would expect from Jimmy John’s.

OMG and Jimmy Johns social media team is HILARIOUS! I follow them on Instagram and I love their posts so much. My go to sandwich is a #4 Turkey Tom NO mayo No tomato. Extra oil and vinegar, and onions. The sandwich that I have been loving lately though has been the Cuban sandwich. Their Gyro's were actually SO GOOD. I mean not as good as a authentic Gyro but it was one of the best that I have ever had. One thing I can say is that I would love it if they could come out with a Cookie sandwich type thing. I think they had one around Valentines in 2024 but I never got it. Hoping for something like that to come again. Jimmy Johns you can do no wrong.
