  I really like my Jewel-Osco, it's laid out nicely. I find the staff to be helpful and friendly, most days. I like that they are usually staffed appropriately, plenty of self-checkout and several staff-manned lanes open. I do not like that they seem to be moving items almost weekly in the aisles...very frustrating and you basically can't walk down the aisle because of the workers and the shopping carts full of merchandise. Also...very frustrating to be bringing in my own reusable bags when the baggers don't know or acknowledge the difference between items that go into the "cold" bags vs items that don't. Very frustrating to find that my yogurt and dairy wasn't in a cold bag when I had to make an additional stop because Jewel did have everything I needed.

  Beautiful flowers, if you’re looking for a place to make your own flower arrangements this is the place to go. They have such a wide variety of different types and colors of flowers that choose from and a good price. Perfect for prom bouquets! Also workers were so helpful for finding things for me.

  Went in to order a corsage for Prom. Was told at the floral counter that only the manager can take orders and she left for the day and she will be in Wednesday. So let me understand, no one is competent to take a corsage order, but the manager? Prom season is the same time every year (and a week and a half away for Warren), so why does Jewel not have proper staffing to take orders when we come in? Instead we are turned away and told to come back on the "managers time". No thanks!

  Five star review thanks to our cashier Carol! Carol overheard us talking in line about how the ramen we were buying rang up for a different price than it showed on the shelf. She went out of the way to call over a manager to fix the price and confirmed with us at the end that everything else had rung up correctly. Very appreciated!

  Very disappointed in 85/15 regular hamburger I purchased on 4/15. Usually purchase 85/15 Round which is excellent, but decided to try regular 85/15. Color was quite light but thought I would give it a shot. It has much more fat than the 85/15 Round, which likely explains the light color of the meat. Beware.
