- MRMegan Roberts6 days ago1.0The restaurant itself is so cold you can see your breath, so we decided to take food home and eat it there. Unfortunately that meant that we couldn't bring the food back up to counter to ask for a refund. The buns were stale and the meat tasted awful. I couldn't finish my meal, which was really disappointing because a cheeseburger is $12. 🙄 Do better for those insane princes!

Somehow our order got lost (there were three other customers in the time we were in there who had not been served, so it's not like there were 75 tickets flying around). They finally realized it and said they were sorry. Fine. So about 15 minutes total to get served. My sandwich was basically raw, not grilled. My daughter's hamburger bun was completely stale in parts. After a few bites, her comment was , "I thought this place (Five Guys) was supposed to be GOOD?" She had wanted to enter in a contest to win a $75 gift certificate from the restaurant, but we ended up throwing away our food so I'm betting she won't be doing that. With all of the other options around that area, I wish we'd kept driving past.
