- SRStewart RamirezMay 7, 20262.0Stopped into Dunkin’ on Grand for a breakfast run and it wasn’t a great experience. We ordered ahead on the app, but once we arrived, some of what we ordered wasn’t actaully available, so we had to go inside and figure out substitutions on the fly. By the time everything got sorted out, our iced coffees were basically melted. We asked for extra ice and cold foam, and while the employee wasn’t necessarily rude, they definitely didn’t seem thrilled to help either:/ The donuts tasted old and my avocado toast was pretty sad for almost $4. On the bright side, my wife enjoyed her everything bagel bites. Dining tables were dirty, inventory seemed really low on both food and merch, and nobody was particularly welcoming or friendly. Not the end of the world, but definitely not a location I’d personally rush back to.

People at this Dunkin are rude and don’t have manners. They get mad because you’re telling them the truth about their mistakes. Manager needs to hire better people.
