The floors are always dirty and covered with garbage and the tables are always left dirty as well. I also ordered a steak bowl, my rice was way undercooked, I told them and they replaced my rice with even more undercooked rice..... this place has gone down hill...... will not return to this location.

- OROlivia RegillioSep 6, 20261.0Came to chipotle after a day at Six Flags and was blown away by how awful the experience was. The employees were emotionless and not great to interact with. The steak was out, and I’ve never been to a chipotle where there wasn’t someone making more meat when it’s out, so I asked for barbacoa. That was also almost gone, so I barely got any on my burrito. The restaurant was disorganized and dirty, which was unexpected when the place is empty. My son went to grab some lemonade and the syrup was out, along with the ice. Seemed like most of the ice was piled up at the bottom of the soda fountain. Utensils weren’t stocked and I was lucky enough to get the last fork. I’ve never in my life been to a Chipotle and never wanted to return. I absolutely LOVE chipotle, but with the way things went yesterday, I’d rather spend triple the amount and eat at Six Flags instead.
