I should’ve know better and double check before leaving the drive-thru window. The employee should be careful about things like this. This is an inconvenience for customers who order for pick up.

It genuinely almost feels purposeful. I go out of my way to go to the vernon hill’s location cause they actually know how to do their job, and every time i don’t i instantly regret it. PLEASE train ur damn workers it really can’t be that difficult to read an order and make it right.

After repeating the order, the employees do not enter them correctly resulting in wrong food being provided. Go to another location as the food and service have significantly deteriorated over the years.

If they put the sign further back and or had they posted multiple signs I would have had time to miss sitting in line for nothing. As we all know those lines can be exceptionally long during the lunch rush.
