- MTMegan TanJun 20, 20261.0I ordered a cappy. I was charged over $13, which seemed higher than expected. When I asked for a receipt, I was handed donuts that I had not ordered. After I pointed this out, the cashier refunded the donuts and gave me a receipt for the refund, but did not provide a receipt for the original purchase. Even after the refund, my total was still over $9, which appears to be $0.50–$1.00 more than I expected to pay for my order based on the online menu. The interaction unfolded very smoothly with how the donuts were handed to me immediately when I requested a receipt, and how I was not provided with the receipt for the original transaction. I suspect this store is adding items to customers orders in an attempt to overcharge them.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
