This was the worst service I have ever had at a McDonald's. Staff was rude. Food order was wrong. Bathroom was nasty!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple Happy Meal and a McFlurry, and when I finally got my order, it was completely wrong. I didn’t get the sauce, the McFlurry, or even the drink I paid for. Extremely disappointing service and a total waste of time and money. I would make it zero stars if I could.

Daily Double sandwich was cold and all the toppings were on one side of bun. Fries were cold and soggy.

Our visit to McDonald's was unfortunately one of the worst we’ve had.
While placing our order, the employee at the drive-thru kept trying to give us a total before we were even finished ordering, which already felt rushed and frustrating. When we pulled up to pay, we could clearly see her taking another order, and her body language and facial expressions said everything. She seemed very unhappy, repeatedly saying “anything else, anything else” in a tone that made it feel like the customer was an inconvenience. It was uncomfortable to watch and surprising that this level of customer interaction is happening right in front of guests.
When we got to the next window, they had someone else’s order ready, so we had to wait, which is understandable. However, once we received our food and pulled forward to park, we realized a sandwich was missing. My son had to go back inside to get it, and when he returned, he shared that no one even acknowledged the mistake or offered an apology.
Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We’ll definitely be avoiding this location in the future.
