  I can tell why the reviews are so low(Proof in pictures and recipe showing no biscuit as-well). I had long pieces of hair in my food. The recipe itself was accurate, but I received the wrong food in the bag and was also missing items. Good luck trying to call, because no one seems to speak English. “You come now back, new food. Me no make wrong food. You no see right. You liar. Bring food now.” (Transcript from the exact phone call — exact words spoken in a heavy accent.) It seems to me that if they can’t properly read the recipe, that may explain the constant mistakes as well. I brought the food back and requested a refund would not eat here if they paid me. Especially after being called a lier over a 15 dollar meal.. seems like their life long career is on the line because they aren’t properly equipped to serve food (BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS) 3.5 stars I’ve also seen multiple other reviews mentioning poor quality control here as well.

  I’ve now visited the McDonald’s in Grayslake twice with my two young kids, and both times I’ve felt unwelcome. The older Hispanic woman who works as a janitor or maintenance staff repeatedly rolls her eyes at me, huffs, and acts annoyed, even though I do my best to clean up. The first time, I was there with both kids, and I made sure to pick up food, wipe down tables, and never leave trash. Today, I went alone with the double stroller, and again, I cleaned everything, making sure not to throw a dirty diaper in the bathroom trash. In fact, I even took a picture of the diaper outside as proof that I didn’t leave it there. When I tried to use the bathroom to change one of my kids, she was right outside, she rolled her eyes, and huffed again. If you don’t enjoy your job, that’s one thing, but it’s not right to treat customers this way especially when I’m being so careful and respectful.

  Apparently they don't have medium lids for soda, was given a frappe lid and then after 5 minutes of asking for a normal lid, as they didnt seem to know what we were saying, they gave me a coffee lid. Weird.

  Always have to ask for butter and syrup for breakfast pancakes. Each time I do ask, they give me attitude and say, "it comes with it". But then if I don't ask, they always forget. Always. It's a small thing, but it has happened way too many times. Thanks.

  I come here often and they always get my order right and basically never forget anything, Patrick ( im not 100% sure thats his name sorry but the older man) very nice and super friendly and energetic all the time i love when he takes my order it makes me happy and he genuinely makes my day ! :)
