  Im going to need a refund for order 44898611239616515 yall offered a promotion to order on the 4th of July and the store just ghosted me I will not spend another dollar here Edit: still no refund. Guess they're just going to steal it. Recommend eating in another town all together the food industry in granite city has gone way down hill. 2nd edit: all that response tells me is im not getting my money back or even what I already paid for. Definitely never eating here again

  The last three times myself and girlfriend ordered through the app they got it wrong. If you want Jimmy John's go to the restaurant to make sure they don't mess your order up. Or there is always Quiznos in Glen Carbon just saying.

  We placed an order, and they called to ket us know they just sent the driver out with a lot of orders, so it would be a little while. Due to the wait, they wanted to check if we still wanted the order or if it'd be too long. I cant express how much we appreciated that, and how thoughtful it was. Seriously. Thank you!
