Stood at the counter for five minutes, employees were hiding over by the drive thru window playing on their phones and talking. Completely disrespectful.
EVERYTIME I go there they are out of whatever item they are advertising.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Arby’s today.
My total came to $6.32. I initially handed the cashier $10, then immediately added .32 so the total cash given was $10.32. Basic math says my change should have been $4.00. Instead, they only handed me $3.25.
When I politely pointed out the mistake, I was told they would need to get a manager. After disappearing for a moment, they came back and actually said, “Is it really a big deal? It’s only a dollar.”
Yes, it is a big deal. It’s not about the amount — it’s about honesty, customer service, and basic respect. If a business shorts customers on change and then dismisses concerns instead of correcting the mistake, that’s a serious problem.
What made it even worse was that my food was already sitting there getting cold while they avoided resolving the issue. In the end, nobody fixed the mistake, nobody got the manager, and I left extremely disappointed.
Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional handling of a simple issue that should have taken 10 seconds to correct.

I pulled into the drive-thru at this Arby's location for a quick, hearty meal while out on the highway. The service was impressively fast, and the employee taking my order was incredibly cheerful and polite. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and a side of curly fries, and both arrived hot and fresh the beef was sliced thin and piled high, and the fries had that perfect, seasoned crunch. The only slight drawback was that they forgot to toss a few extra Arby's sauce packets into the bag, but the food itself was spot on for a quick and satisfying roadside lunch.

Food is normally good. But wait time sucks. They need more workers
