- MHMaddy HSep 12, 20261.0DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The employees are very rude and their credit card machines do not work. They only take cash, which I did not know and did not have on me. I ordered and gave the cashier my credit card. He tried for 6 minutes and the machine wouldn't work. He kept trying and trying!!!! I told him I only have a short lunch break from work and I need to eat. He was so rude and he could have cared less. Same with some lady who was making sandwiches she told him to keep trying even though it wasn't working. So the cashier goes to the other register and does my whole order again. By now I have waited at least 10 minutes and lost a lot of my lunch break. Again he was rude and so were the other works. The 2nd credit card machine also did not work. He trying and and trying. I told him and the workers I will go next door for lunch. I went to the Mexican place next door and had a great lunch. Do not go to this Jimmy Johns. They only take cash. They have no signs up about this and they don't tell people. And they wasted almost half of my lunch break for nothing!!!! I will never go to this Jimmy John's again. They lost a long time customer.

Went there at 7:00 pm today and they’re closed. Deceiving. The manager practically dismissed me and shut the door to my face. Very disappointing.
