I ordered a catering order for pick up at 630am ahead of a 7am meeting. When I arrived, the store appeared to be closed. Chairs were still on tables, no bagels were set out, and the employees were ignoring the customers in line. The bagels came out fresh, which was awesome, but my order wasnt ready until almost 710 and I was late for my meeting. This is inexcusable for a breakfast restaurant.

I came in on Wednesday morning just for a bagel and coffee, but I ended up leaving with a sandwich, coffee, and two cookies. The two ladies named April and Kayla who work at the register in the morning have a wonderful attitude and offer incredible service.
This place deserves a 0 star but the two managers who are trying their best to keep this place open deserve to be applauded. I’m not exaggerating when I say the rest of the employees are incompetent, my food and drinks are never done right. I’m always missing extras or modifications. I still come to Einstein because I grew up on them and I love taking my daughter, the one by me was permanently closed and now I have to stop by at this one even though they’re not efficient nor helpful. This location take about 20 minutes to make an order when ordering ONLINE. I have never seen anyone else have a good experience when ordering or picking up
I visited on Wednesday morning and had a frustrating experience. A man ordered ahead of me, and I was next, followed by another woman. The employee behind the counter started chatting with the third customer, then made her order first—completely out of sequence—and even gave it to her for free.
Meanwhile, the rest of us who ordered earlier were left waiting. Both the gentleman ahead of me and I were clearly overlooked, and it created an uncomfortable and unfair situation.
Customer service should be consistent and respectful to everyone, regardless of who you know or who you decide to prioritize. This felt unprofessional and dismissive. I hope management addresses this and reinforces fair service practices.

I have had the jalapeño breakfast sandwich once before. I work in the area so I went today to get me another try. Let’s say I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I lost my appetite. I’m in awwh to the fact we are putting stuff like this on people sandwiches. I know we are eating animals but I don’t visually want to know that or see that. Today I took a bite of my sandwich and pulled out an intestine out of my mouth. It literally looked like a worm. The sandwich is filled with it. I don’t know if this is some kind of joke, but it’s disgusting to say the least. I feel like the person who made the sandwich is lazy because they should’ve noticed this. Why would you put this on anybody’s breakfast sandwich? I have added photos of what it looked like coming out of my mouth and I’ve added a photo of the sandwich with more in the sandwich that I will not be eating
