I was charged for a tortilla I did not receive in my take out order, and the guy who packed our food not only was dismissive during the whole interaction but did not seal the lid tight enough and a lot of our food spilled and ripped a hole in our bag. The staff needs a refresh on both their training and the meaning of service.
