  Dinner was disappointing. Got home to find out we were shorted a hotdog. Ordered 2 gravy breads and they were both dry 👎🏻

  I usually would say Portillos is great. Not after last nights experience. There was one car in front of me told to go to the parking spot. I got to the window, waited, then told pull to a parking spot. After waiting there, the food comes out. Reads the slip extremely fast. So I repeat the order. The staff member says, yes. Get home the order was complete BS! Big beef with three slices of beef and not dipped. Half a container of gardinera. Seriously?! Hot dogs smashed in their paper, onion rings at the bottom of the bag not even in their container. $33 and some change for bad service and extremely poor prep work.

  This is the first time I've been here, first time I've been to Chicago. I got the number to which came with two Chicago dogs and fries. Very good, the fries were outstanding. The facility was awesome in its decor! Very fast service.

  let me start by saying these salads aint cheap & u give me 4 thin dtrips of chicken on a chop salad!!! im pissed not to mention the slice of lemon cake yhst look like u cut a slice in half & gave to me 😡😡😡

  STAY AWAY! Dave the manager was coughing all over the register and then handled food with his unclean hands. When the matter was mentioned to others and he was requested, he stood behind the doors hiding like a punk. Instead of dealing with his mistake professionally called the police and then proceeded to speak down to me and pointing his fingers. He's ilequiped to be a manager, does not know the basics of food handling and is a complete jerk!
