  The wait is very long just from ordering 2 sandwiches. Sadly this is consistent for about 2 years that I have come here. Customer service is not it either. Would not recommend this location

  I first called at 11:45 a.m. to order lunch. Literally, was told hold on a minute. Eleven minutes later still no body comes back to the phone I hung up. Ordered on line. Order was received at 1:10 p.m. Still nothing!!!!! What happened to "freaky fast"???? What makes it worse, now they are not even picking up the phone!!! Get a recording saying they are busy!!!! Doing what??? Certainly not getting my order made!!!! I used to think JJ was awesome. Their customer service has disappeared!!!!!!!

  This location is something else. It’s not corporate owned the owner took away Summer deals. The wait time to get a sandwich there is forget about it. The bread is always under baked. The staff is consistently changing. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor do not go to this location. Thank me later.

  I tried to use my birthday reward coupon in person at the store & they could not accept it. This makes no sense. Either way, I would have placed the order via the app for pick up to use the reward, but the manager & employee were so incredibly rude to me I ended up placing it at a different location for pick up & drove out of my way. The employees were very rude about it & did not want to offer any help at all. I will not be returning to this location ever again & will probably not be going to jimmy John’s often in the future because of the EXTREMELY poor & terrible customer service I recieved.
