Too forever to get one sandwich, saw the employee chatting by the register while I wait for the sandwich. 2. Didn’t follow the instructions. Ofcourse I should’ve opened the sandwich in the drive through and went back in. 3. The cookie I got didn’t taste well. 3. The bread was stale, dry and everything bad. Tasted horrible and it was like hard rock.

Order was received at 1:10 p.m. Still nothing!!!!! What happened to "freaky fast"???? What makes it worse, now they are not even picking up the phone!!! Get a recording saying they are busy!!!! Doing what??? Certainly not getting my order made!!!! I used to think JJ was awesome. Their customer service has disappeared!!!!!!!

The bread is always under baked. The staff is consistently changing. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor do not go to this location. Thank me later.
