  I ordered from Fahrenheit Halal in Glendale Heights through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the food and customer service were both very disappointing. The wings were extremely dry and had much less BBQ sauce than expected. Each box also came with only about few pieces of fries, which was very disappointing for the price. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager because I wanted to address the issue. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the problem, the worker told me, “That’s our size now. You will need to dine in.” There was no apology or attempt to make the situation right. I understand that portion sizes can change, but the way the complaint was handled was what disappointed me the most. I expected better food quality and much better customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not order from here again.

  I was visiting Chicago with family from Canada and we were looking for a halal place. Found this restaurant and loved it.
