  Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state I rather drive 5 min out of my way than wait in the drive through 10 min for a coffee at 5 in the morning. With 5 workers on their phones not paying attention at all.

  Doesn’t participate in nurses week though it’s the closest to the hospital. Disappointing as I know most of the nurses give them business.

  The people who work here are rude, if they don’t want to deal with people get another job that’s not customer service. I’m not bothering you I’m simply trying to get a coffee, something that I’m paying for. Also my drink being made before I even pull up to the window makes sense as to why it tastes horrible. On two separate times the person taking my order sounded like they just wanted me to hurry up and finish and like I was bothering them. Your not there for free, it’s weird having to deal with people like this for less than a couple minutes out of your day because I’m simply trying to go along my way and you want to act weird working in customer service jobs. Make that make sense .

  Rushes you the whole time your ordering just to gives me the wrong items constantly then the phone is always out of service.
