Asked about getting a refund they looked at me and said they dont know how to do a refund I asked for a manager and the lady said he was the manager(The guy who messed up my payment) how can a manager not know how to process a refund and recharge the order properly? Additionally I asked if they could give me something to compensate the mess up and they said they couldn't do anything for me? Im baffled. I will need a higher up to contact me about this matter.

Unfortunately, by that point it was too late to turn around, so I tried calling the store several times to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it’s disappointing when there’s no way to get in touch with the store to fix it. This really impacts the overall experience, especially when you’re paying for a full order and don’t receive everything. I’m hoping to hear back from the owner or management to make this right. It would also help if someone could keep an eye on the phone so customers have a way to reach the store when issues come up.
