It seems that customer service is hit and miss which can be frustrating, especially when there are lots of other options of where to go and spend your money. Over time the quality at all of the locations seems to have diminished. Whether the quality has suffered due to the over expansion of the company and mass production of product I'm not sure but the quality is not what it used to be, it's unfortunate. The last time we were in we were just going to pick up a couple of things for a party and the stock level wasn't the best and the customer service was average at best. We ended up going to another business to get what we wanted. We will visit this location again and give it another shot because we have been frequenting Baskin Robbins for years.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
