Do better cause next time yall don’t fix an order the right way you might be out of a job especially if someone has a bad allergy to said thing. The app for the past week or so has not let me edit my drinks to be no ice, so at the speaker I say by the way I want no ice. This has worked fine until today. When I got to the food window the sprite has ice, I am not upset I simply ask that I recive one without ice. The woman at the window is very difficult about this request. She gives me a smaller size with no ice. Talks about how I didn't order with no ice. I tell her about the app and I said no ice at the speaker. She still seems upset with having to fulfill the request. I used to work at a McDonald's, did so for 3 year. I did often get annoyed when a customer did not order no ice but later asked for it, but I never called them out on it.
