The new hire Marissa is great. Check on me to make sure I received my order and remembered most of the orders in the line! Thanks

This McDonalds location consistently proves, time and time again, that it’s the absolutely worst MCD location globally. Drive thru hours posted open until 12am — Guess again they’ll close shop, shut off lights, and ignore drive thru orders after 9pm, despite posted hours. Maybe you DoorDash and PAY with your own MONEY for two or more sauce packets — Guess what you’ll only get MAYBE 1 sauce packet if you’re lucky, and at this point, this happens so often it’s obviously intentional starting to look greedy and just straight up ripping customers off. What if you’re just going through the drive thru per usual and making multiple meal orders — The guy taking your order only has one response: “Is that it?” “Is that it?” “Is that it?,” like call me fat one more time... This MCD location has to be some type of corporate experiment from MCD’s US HQ in the city to see how far they can push customers, there’s literally no other explanation for the sheer incompetence and complete lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and get some all around phenomenal service and food at the Culver’s down the road. Hope my very honest review gave at least one person a laugh, but everything stated above is my honest opinion of this location.

Look how they filled my fries. I didn’t realize until I got home. I should have been charged for mediums instead of large then. I don’t see how hard it is to fill the fries. I always have issues at this McDonald’s.

It’s always something missing…. This place specifically… I live around the corner and be eating here a lot… morning shift, afternoon shift it doesn’t matter, they always forget to put something… has brown, sos, straw, sweet and sower, sometimes they forget to give you whole drink… they always short your order this or that way but make sure you pay for everything….

Absolutely ridiculous, I had a frustrating experience at this location while picking up Uber Eats orders late at night. The drive-thru was completely empty after 3:00 AM, but I was told I could not receive the order through the drive-thru and had to come inside. That would be understandable if there was a clear policy, but the situation was handled poorly. When I came back for another pickup, the employee kept the interior door locked and left me waiting outside while the order was still being prepared. To make matters worse, after I finally received my order, another delivery driver arrived for a DoorDash pickup and ran into the exact same issue. He was just as confused and frustrated as I was. Both of us were wondering why we were being forced to come inside when the drive-thru was completely empty and the employee could have handed the orders to us through the window in a matter of seconds. When multiple delivery drivers independently have the same complaint during the same shift, it suggests this is not a misunderstanding but a problem with how pickup procedures are being handled. What makes this even more confusing is that the Uber Eats driver instructions state that if the lobby is closed, drivers may use the drive-thru for pickup. If the lobby is effectively unavailable or inaccessible during overnight hours, there should be a consistent process for delivery drivers. At 3:00 AM, when there are no customers in line and the drive-thru is empty, refusing to hand out delivery orders through the drive-thru creates unnecessary delays for drivers and customers. I've had much more professional experiences at other restaurants. For example, at White Castle, an employee suggested that I come inside because the drive-thru was busy, but it was presented as a practical recommendation rather than a refusal. That kind of flexibility and common-sense approach helps everyone. If the drive-thru is busy, suggesting that drivers come inside makes sense. When the drive-thru is completely empty in the middle of the night, forcing drivers to come inside only creates delays for no apparent reason. There is also confusion regarding operating hours. Google shows one set of hours, while Uber Eats shows the restaurant as open 24/7. If delivery drivers are expected to follow different pickup procedures during overnight hours, those policies and hours should be clearly communicated and reflected accurately online. Management should do a better job training employees on how to handle delivery drivers professionally and consistently. Delivery drivers are helping serve the restaurant's customers, and unnecessary delays only make the experience worse for everyone involved.
