Half the staff will just stare at you when you walk up to order instead of greeting you. Recently ordered a maple french toast bagel and accidentally called it a maple brown sugar bagel. The man says “REPHRASE THAT!” Twice instead of kindly letting us know we had mixed it up. I also asked him a question about an item while ordering and he completely ignored it. All the staff look visibly annoyed that you're there

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. We ordered the All-Nighter Egg Sandwich and the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with perfectly baked bagels. You can really tell everything is made fresh, which makes a big difference. We also tried the White Chocolate Egg Sugar Cookie, and it was the perfect treat to finish our meal. It was very tasty and not overly sweet, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great bagels and coffee!
