    This morning 4.23.26 I arrived at this location around 7am to drive through mic, as I was pulling up to mic before I could even roll my window down the drive thru a man said good morning and asked me what I would like, I took about 10-15 seconds to look over the menu and said I would like a 1 wake up wrap just egg and cheese and 1 order of the hash browns and there was no answer or response, I then said hello and received no response, I then repeated my order and asked If it was received but received no response ( at this point there was no one behind me) So, I decided to pull forward up to the window to place my order because I was thinking their system might have gone down, when I pulled up to the window I observed a white male, and two females one being the manager a Hispanic woman.. The Caucasian man who can only assume spoke at first asking what I would like walked back towards the window and made eye contact with but walked away I sat there for a minute or two while the employees walked around, finally a car pulled up behind me and a young either Asian or Hispanic lady came to the window and I explained to her that I tried to place my order twice and that no one was answering (forgot to mention that the white guy who initially asked me what I would like) she said I would now have to come in and place the order and I told her no because I tried to place my order through the drive through but none of you were answering. So she agreed and attempted to charge me $7.89, I explained to her that It has been quite a long time since I've been here but for a hashbrown and wake up wrap with egg and cheese it has always only been $4 and some change and she looked very annoyed like she got caught and changed the amount to the correct amount and then walked off.. About 15 seconds later the white employee came and asked me to pull forward to wait, I respectfully declined as I already felt inconvenienced and felt disrespected by the way they were treating me, and also the fact it was a very small order that I have ordered countless times and have never been asked to pull forward, so I said no I will wait right here for my order. about 30 seconds later the white guy handed me my order and I was asked not to come back, I responded by saying said no I will be back because I had not done anything wrong, I did not raise my voice nor was disrespectful, I then drove off with my order. Please note I was informed by my boss my Company, Midwest Mechanical Group, Inc. here in Lombard only a few minutes away also places quite large orders from that location for our various meetings, I have brought this incident to the attention of my company in the upper management, and we will be cutting ties from doing business with you moving forward. I am looking for immediate assistance and follow up on this and would like this locations owner to get in contact with me because this experience was disgusting, and I was treated unacceptable.

    This used to be one of my favorite locations. However, when we pulled up to the drive-thru, a female employee started taking our order and then the audio either cut out or she turned off her mic, and we could no longer hear anything. We said “hello” multiple times with no response. When we pulled up to the window, she told us we had to go all the way to the back of the now long line to order again. She refused to take our order even though the issue wasn’t on our end. My partner then went inside the store to try to resolve it, and she ended up trying to argue with him instead of helping fix the situation.
