  I normally really like Oberweis, especially the Frostbites, but it’s getting ridiculous how often the Frostbite machine is out of service. This isn’t a one-time inconvenience — I’ve tried ordering a Frostbite on 10+ visits and 90% of the time the machine seems to be down. I just tried ordering one again today, and once again, it’s unavailable. I understand equipment breaks and occasional downtime happens, but when the same machine is out this frequently, there’s clearly an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. At this point, I expect them to tell me the Frostbite machine is down whenever I try to order one.

  Hard to enjoy your $16 ice cream when the place has a serious fruit fly problem. Switched tables three times before giving up and going to eat the rest in our car. Disappointing for such a new location.

  Overall a decent place, we have been twice. Quite pricey. The workers seem to not really help each other out & seems to be one person helping the customers each time.. which causes a long wait. The gnats in this place are terrible & they definitely need to clean up the counters more. They now keep the ice cream covered because the gnat infestation, which isn’t wonderful for kids who want to actually see the different ice cream choices. The ice cream is good, the chocolate shake is great. Definitely just needs improvement on service, cleanliness and clear up the gnat issue.

  We visited just before 3pm on Sunday, September 6th. There was only one worker handling the whole operation. She was diligently doing her best taking care of the customers, but she was not able to move the line quick enough. About 6-8 people walked out because of the extended wait time for service. This was our first visit, so we were committed to stay and try out this new place. Just after 3pm another worker arrived; once he was prepped he joined the Frontline and helped serve customers. The ice cream was good although they were out of waffle cones. I was not crazy about paying $6.25 for a one scoop mint ice cream cone but as I said, we were committed to trying it. Nice clean estabislhment, good ice cream. Don't plan on rushing back right away.

  Three of my family visited today abt 2pm, only one employee was working there were close to 15 or more in line she handled it all by herself & did a fabulous job, sp(Ceira) should be rewarded. Yes alittle pricey but we'll worth it. Finally abt 3:30 someone showed up to help. She was pleasant not once did she treat customers rudely.
