  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, Came in on Friday after work walked in to an older lady with brown hair and from the moment we walked in she was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. She did not greet us in a way that was reflective of good customer service or someone that wanted any service. This lady is going to put your location out of business. Your drinks and food are not cheap and in this day and age where people have to pick and choose where they spend their money is really hindering your business to thrive. We asked questions about the products and each time she said she didn’t know and acted bothered that we even asked. when the drinks were done she slammed them next to the register where another customer was ordering making it so uncomfortable to grab our drinks. We waited to get our drinks so the other customer did not feel as uncomfortable as we did. As long as she is employed at your location we will never step in your location to spend another penny. Take my advice go to another location and spend your money. There are other businesses out there serving the same products you do with much better customer service I SUGGEST she gets some intense training and coaching.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I visited on March 30, 2026, and Natalie was the associate who helped me. There were three employees working at the time. They took my order and payment, but after waiting 15 minutes, I still hadn’t received my food. Meanwhile, several customers who ordered after me were served before I was. I went up to ask about my order, and no one could find it. At first, they thought someone else had taken it. Then an associate said, “Oh, it’s here in the sink.” At that point, I had already been waiting quite a while. I’m pregnant and was very hungry, so I couldn’t wait any longer and requested a refund. I did receive a refund, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. The customer service was extremely disappointing.
