- ALAlli lewisSep 26, 20261.0Uber Eats is advertising buy one get one free and even the Uber Eats receipt shows that. But I did not receive that. So we didn’t have enough for the family. The “manager” Richie. At the st Charles location wasn’t professional about it at all. Kept telling me it wasn’t his problem and they aren’t doing that anymore. But I’m looking online and it’s still advertising it? No solution. I asked him to get on the app to see what I’m seeing so he understands I’m not making this up. And he told me he doesn’t have Uber Eats with a smart tone. Since that way was the way I was being spoken to I said you must not have little children and he said “I do, I just go pick it up”. Like thanks RICHIE some of us cannot load up our tired children into the car and the perks of Uber Eats is exactly for the reason I needed today. Will not order from this location again. I’m new to the area and everyone has been so great first time with such a crap experience around here

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
