This place has changed. They must be using tiny chickens for the wings. I will not be back. Total disappointment

Gabe and Carlos absolutely killed it on the service. I blinked and my Pepsi Zero arrived. IMPECCABLE service.

Walked in today 9/4/26 about 15 mins ago and had to literally walk right back out due to the awful smell in the restaurant- it literally smelled like BO as soon as you enter the restaurant - I wanted to throw up.

Now I unfortunately understand why all these bdubs are closing. Do not come to this location unless you like sitting and waiting. Getting scratched by chairs and rude employees giving you dirty looks as they pass by! Came there with my family tonight for dinner as my gma just got back into the country and she loves this place. We came in and some guy who worked there was mumbling under his breath and it looked like he was talking to his coworker but apparently he was talking to me so my sister was like “Oh were you talking to us?” And he said yes and repeated if we wanted a high top or a booth. He brought us to our table and I sat down and immediately scratched the back of my leg pretty hard on the chair. Now this is just one scratch, I did not bleed it’s genuinely not THAT bad but the fact I even was able to sit in a chair like that is crazy. So I picked up the chair and switched it out with another table behind us, beckoned towards the guy who had seated us because he was just at the host area and was like “This chair is not safe at all, It just scratched me” and he looked at me weird and so I just sat down. Then he came over and proceeded to tell me about how next week they’re getting new chairs and remodeling and this and that and like over explaining and at that moment I was kinda pissed off so I just was like uh huh okay I don’t really care in my head and grabbed my book and just brushed him off and eventually he stopped talking and walked away. Now getting to the service, Unfairly I was already in a bad mood from this so when our server came over I could tell he knew I was kinda mad so he was nice and I had no problems we ordered and this and it was going pretty well! The food came out, It did take a little bit longer but we did order a big amount of wings so I understand having to wait and it’s dinner time so that’s fine. What really bothered me is, as I was eating I noticed a family was sat adjacent to us, a pregnant young women I assume her husband and their young maybe around 2 daughter. I work with kids so I am always making faces and smiling with her yannow as she’s sitting there. Mom and I had an interaction and I saw them just sitting and then I watched them wait. And wait. and wait. No one came over to take their order for a good maybe 7-10 minutes. They ordered eventually and then waited. and waited. and waited. Their little daughter was obviously getting agitated because she wanted her milk, and so obviously she’s getting mad yelling and moms trying to keep her calm. I watched them bring their FOOD out before they even brought her her milk and so of course mom is like.. hello?? Dad eventually said something and the waiter FINALLY brought out a carton of milk. Now I have worked in food service before, I know damn well that milk was in a little fridge under a cabinet somewhere and it took him less than 2 minutes to grab it. That is wild. I was pissed for them watching this experience because I know how frustrating it is because I work with kids, I work with moms and can understand that experience even though I may not have children myself. We waited for a good 10 minutes our self after we were finished with our meals until he decided to come by and give us boxes and our check. I walked outta there so fast. The staff was off, trainees giving dirty looks to me as they walked past my table. No worries at all for being scratched by their chair and if that’s how they’re willing to treat me, and willing to treat another table legit not even 100 ft AWAY from me like how would they treat you, or your grandparents or a person with disabilities that may not be able to speak uk for themselves, or are sensitive to certain things or maybe someone who needs food for their blood sugar or something. That was just my thought. It’s 2026, if you’re gonna be this shitty just let us order through kiosks and cut out the staff interaction all together. Which I would also hate but would be better than sitting forever and having staff be rude to you yannow? Would probably not go here again 😕 Which is sad.
