  I went in tonight to grab a few things to complete my at home mini bar. As someone with severe social anxiety the staff at this location were awesome. As a 21 year old buying alcohol still gives me anxiety and sometimes I get scared that I am going to be turned away because I look younger. But the staff did a great job at helping me find what I was looking for, making recommendations on what brands to get since I am still new ish to this and never once made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I even got a bag of chips for 1 penny for signing up with my phone number and buying a qualifying item. I will definitely be back and I truly appreciate how I was treated tonight. You guys are great :)

  Better late than never!!! I visited this Binny's a couple weeks. Ago, and prior to that, it was about a month ago, and I had the pleasure of having Sam, assist me both times I actually recognized him. The second time. I tell you Sam is so knowledgeable, very professional super nice...you would think that he arranged the store all by himself the way he knows his way around the store.. His customer service skills are second to none. They have a lot of helpful people in the store. However I needed something, and I actually went to look for Sam. That's just how amazing he is. And I asked, if he was a manager, he stated, no. I could see him being the manager 1 day!!! on a scale. From 1 to 10 I give Sam a 20 simply amazing. My customer experience was excellent, A+ thank you, Sam. If ever, a customer service class needs to be taught. He needs to be the teacher.
