- NDNatalie DavidsonMay 10, 20261.0It’s gone down hill quite a lot since 2024 now that there’s new people running the Galesburg store. Really do miss seeing Jeri there. The quality of the food in general particularly the chicken bar just doesn’t hit the same as it used to!! They seem very understaffed. I was there last week on Thursday and no one came out of the kitchen to put more food out. The only person who came out was the waitress Callie bless her heart. She is always making sure customers are happy with everything. She will keep the stores service ratings up for sure. Really if it wasn’t for the Fun Zone I would not come. My son loves Pizza Ranch and always has so that’s why I come. My family and I don’t eat there as much as we used to a few years ago.. it’s sad. I miss the way it was before.

Staff was very helpful and polite. It was a nice dinner. Everyone left pleased. The party room was very comfortable. They have a big play room for the kids and prize counter. I have no complaints. I wanna give extra shout out to the staff. Very pleased with the service. A+

It’s rare to see that level of care and effort. Quincy made our visit memorable considering we are from out of town!
