  Worst experience ever. Used to be ran great, now it’s a pile of crap. The marquee read Buffet today 11-1:30. I went in at 11:50 and nothing was setup on the buffet. No salad bar. No pizza. No breadsticks. Almost an hour after it was supposed to start. We asked about it, they said they were working on it. I asked for a specific pizza since they’re still making we’re still Aparently making them, and they do that anyway, and he said no I don’t think so. Horrible customer service. The food gets a 1 star because they never even served. We sat in a booth for 10 min. No one came out. No food came out. So we left. No one even said hello, or he right with you, or asked about drinks. Go local. Baked, Pizza Houss, Alfono’s (k-ville’s is best). Sorry any locals I missed. I will say though, Domino’s does a good job.

  There was 2 slices of pizza on the buffet that were cold and hard. The best thing they had was the salad and it was limited choice 😞

  We came to Pizza Hut (dine in) here in Galesburg - it's been years since either of us has had Pizza Hut. Rebecca greeted us as we came in, explained there was no waitress and we will have a slight wait, which we were ok with. While she was busy back and forth from the kitchen to the floor, we still received excellent service from her..... and actually did not have that much of a wait. The pizza, wings, and breadsticks were all absolutely amazing. Rebecca was polite, attentive, and very friendly - we will definitely return!

  Service was very good and made sure to check on us. The food was amazing. The place was very clean and chill.

  Pizza is delicious love the wings some people may not like the food but I love it
