  We went after my daughter’s graduation from Carl Sandburg because so many other restaurants were packed! The worker, Bria was on the line making orders, making online orders and working the cash register. There was one other female working on the back making more food and another worker on his break in the dining area. There were 5 of us and an additional 7 customers in line & this Bria gal didn’t miss a beat! She handled all of the duties while still managing to smile! We appreciate her and her dedication to customer service!

  0/5 DONT USE THIS TERRIBLE JOKE OF A LOCATION. THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. DONT COME HERE STAFF IS A JOKE. What a joke of a business. I appreciate when your cook is aggressive and says thwy will not be cooking steak and that they dont care. Thanks for screwing me over on my meal and charging $30. What a joke of a business. Thanks for giving me 2 black beans. A half assed scoop of rice. Barely any chicken, lettuce, cheese. You guys are the worst i have ever see. I am reporting this to corporate as well.

  I’m in town for 1 year working, so I try to find healthier options for dining, I figured this is fairly healthy. I don’t have a problem with the food, I have eaten there several times, however, the staff has to be the most unwelcoming group that I have ever been exposed to. Walking in, they give you the “death stare”, it feels like I’m at a funeral. No one smiles, they look angry, like you’re bothering them. Maybe they are trained to be that way, because it’s hard to believe not one single person greets the guest or show some warmness. I start dreading my entry before I completely park my car. This place is turning into a “No” for me…. Customer service is just “Stank” and I am feed up…no pun intended.

  Terrible service. I was in a few days ago and they were out of so much. I’ve only been there a handful of times but whenever I do lots of things are empty. When I asked if they had steak she threw her head back to go get some from the drive thru and then proceeded to do the same thing when I asked for fajita veggies and extra sour cream. Didn’t say a word, just kept throwing her head back like it was a huge inconvenience. It made me extremely uncomfortable.
