  I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar. When I got home there was barely any meat on it and they only put it down as a classic beef and cheddar. There’s more bun than meat on the sandwich. The drive thru staff were hardly friendly. I will never go to the Freeport Arby’s again. Worst fast food restaurant in Freeport. If I was corporate I’d shut the damn place down.

  I placed an order via DoorDash, The Arby and horsey sauce I ordered never came, I a Jamoca shake, all of the syrup was literally sitting at the bottom of the cup. It was basically a vanilla shake. I contacted the Freeport Illinois Arby’s to let them know about my concerns, I asked for a manager, The lady that answered the phone said she was the manager, I asked her what her name was and she immediately hung up the phone, I called back and the call was continually sent to voicemail. Very bad customer service and unprofessional.

  We ordered a mac n cheese and only received a quarter portion not a full portion and the noodles were like hard. Curly fries were over done and in pieces. The beef n Cheddar was a mess, hardly any Arby sauce. Worst meal ever!!

  The food tasted great but the presentation had a lot to be desired. I had to rearrange the roast beef on my sandwich so it would cover the entire bun.
