Don’t order from here on a Saturday if you expect your food in a timely manner…I made the mistake of going here today for my lunch break from work. Like I said it’s Saturday so I expect it to be busy but man this was just terrible. I ordered at 132, got there at 140, checked in and no one even said anything on the stall speaker. I repeatedly pressed the red button and nothing. I saw 2 ppl that were carhops and they were just ignoring me and everyone else that was waiting. My lunch break was ruined because I had to go back to work. I left about 152. I’m so hungry today and this just about ruined my whole day. Thanks Sonic!

was very excited to get a drink from there and i waited 25 minutes inside and nobody took my order, meanwhile the drivethru was moving perfectly fine. although they did only have 2 employees, the employees were rude about it. never giving sonic my buisness again.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent experience at your establishment.
I placed an order for two Sonic drinks and informed the employee in advance that I would be paying with a gift card. The employee brought out the drinks, but afterward told me that I could not pay with the gift card. When I asked why, she stated that her manager did not allow gift card payments and insisted that I had to pay either in cash or by card. She also told me, in a rude and unfriendly manner, that I needed to resolve the payment quickly because she had other customers to attend to.
Due to the situation and her attitude, I felt pressured and ended up paying with my card. As a result, the gift card could not be used, which means that money was effectively lost.
This was a very disappointing experience, and the level of customer service I received was unacceptable.
