  I have been coming here for 2 years now and it never fails when you go an employee is rude. I never want to say anything because it’s our neighborhood store these are our neighbors but today at the meat counter an older gentleman rather than nicely asking me what I would like he said “what ?” And then said “I’m telling you I don’t have 3 lbs I’ll give you a pound then I’ll give you a frozen bag because I put it out and I know there isn’t enough here “ …. Then after being rude it turned out he had over 3 lbs which you can tell when you look at the display case. I get ppl have bad days but when a customer goes in there respectfully and smiling just for you to be rude it ruins others days

  The store itself is my favorite, I've been coming here for atleast 6 years if not more and the people have always been great. I enjoy shopping with the people from the deli and the checkout and bagging members are always fantastic and courteous. Today this post is strictly for Devon, she was unprofessional and condescending. I'm usually a pro when it comes to shopping at jewel but today I slipped up. Your annoyed faces and constant eye rolling were unprofessional and unnecessary. I made a mistake but your bad actions causes a chain of bad reactions. Like I've said I've been coming here for such a long time and I probably will continue but I've never had an interaction like this with anyone before.

  Man I’ve been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s and boy has this store gone down hill. You can’t put in a complaint and expect a follow up. The. when you confront them in the store, they give you a runaround. Luckily they have a competent assistant director dude who tries to at least help and solve the problem. Even if one was not able to be achieved. Who ever the front end manager is cannot handle customers. I came to follow up about a deli complaint and Jovany didn’t want to even attempt to find out who took the complaint. Fast forward, Dawn in the deli actually got the complaint but when confronted face-to-face with the Assistant Director there to mediate, she flat says she’s not dealing with this and walks away. Real nice. So I’m waiting for Tom W to call back about the cold food and false advertisements. Another note, how do you have someone handling food in the morning with no supervisor there to ensure food safety? Like what? How does that make sense? Also why does this store never have any product? It’s always like empty.
