He had so much patience while I was looking for my pickup code, and I truly appreciated that. He even gave me options for where to place my groceries — rear seat or trunk — which was very thoughtful. Edward had a smile on his face the whole time and was polite, friendly, and professional. Great customer service goes a long way, and he definitely delivered it today.

I never want to say anything because it’s our neighborhood store these are our neighbors but today at the meat counter an older gentleman rather than nicely asking me what I would like he said “what ?” And then said “I’m telling you I don’t have 3 lbs I’ll give you a pound then I’ll give you a frozen bag because I put it out and I know there isn’t enough here “ …. Then after being rude it turned out he had over 3 lbs which you can tell when you look at the display case. I get ppl have bad days but when a customer goes in there respectfully and smiling just for you to be rude it ruins others days
