  I went to this location for dinner last night and let me tell you chipotle counter days not only was a rush to get my meal. They were definitely stingy with the meat. I got two scoops of everything and one scoop of meat when I asked for another scoop of meat I was asked if I wanted double meat and then was charged for it. I didn’t want double meat. I just wanted an equal amount of everything Together definitely loaded me up with beans food looked dry like it’s been sitting out for a long time. I rarely ever have chipotle anymore, but I was extremely hungry and in a rush to get home it was the only thing nearby next time. I will definitely stop somewhere else never supporting this business again especially the location on Mannheim.

  Scott Boatwright publicly stated on Yaho finance if you ask for more meat you get more meat for free. Tried it today, manager was rude an said NO! and charged me $5 Xtra with out saying anything

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff consistently ruins the experience. Nothing ever seems fresh, and there’s always something missing. Today I asked for pico de gallo and was told they didn’t have any. I then noticed the separate food bar designated for “online orders” had pico de gallo fully stocked. When I pointed this out and asked if I could get some, the employee refused, citing the online-only restriction, and did so with a dismissive attitude. This is a policy and a customer service failure. If the product exists in the building, telling an in-person customer they simply can’t have it, with zero effort to help, is unacceptable.
