- LLLouieOct 7, 20261.0They don’t know how to read. Every time I order something is wrong. Either missing an item or just not adding an ingredient. This might be the worst chipotle I’ve had.
- ELElla LopezSep 29, 20262.0Service is down today for them and instead of leaving the door open for face to face communication for this they have it locked until 11:30, an hour after the store opens. Even when the order was said to be ready the door is still locked. As someone who has worked in restaurants and customer service this is not the best way to run a situation like this. If the system is back up & everything then open the doors for people to cancel their orders. People have things to do and cannot always come back when it’s convenient for the store to open.

Idk if the lighting is broken where they’re cutting the meat (steak- which is my go to protein!!) or what, but it was so unevenly cut into these massive pieces that were also tough, chewy and full of fat. Literally disgusting I couldn’t even eat half without wanting to vomit. (These photos are after I fished my bowl out the garbage, where it belongs, to write this review)

- MMMOSep 11, 20262.0I stopped by after lunch time on 09/10. The place was empty which is very unusual for this location. Once I got to the counter, I noticed that most of the trays were empty. One of the employees took a good 2 minutes to put his gloves on, another 2 minutes to ask his coworkers about the empty trays. At this point, I was at the counter for about 4 to 5 minutes and he didn't yet left a finger to take my order yet. The other employees were just talking to each other with no sense of urgency. I end up just turning around and leaving.
