- DRDan RahnMay 11, 20261.0I could write a book about the examples of incompetence at this Jewel but I will try to keep this review compact. Quick fact....I do not leave poor reviews, only for extreme examples of subpar performance. -expired tags left on the shelves -expired food products left on the shelves -prices/"deals" on the app (digital coupons) not being reflected in the store's system at checkout -products being out-of-stock for days, even weeks on end -the price of cereal is insulting; do you guys laugh at each and every customer that actually purchases a $9 box of raisin bran?? Frankfort Jewel, I understand payroll is probably a constant issue in today's terrible economy. Prices are outrageous, and therefore people are choosing to be more selective in how they buy overpriced groceries and shop at a variety of stores; but you guys truly stand above the competition, and not in a good way. Do better!!!

The sales associates wants to have an attitude. Flower department is closed it is what it is. When my friend asked the question she snaps no we don't do that. Walks off. Her name was Jessica and works in the returns/ great service area. Blonde hair, medium height.

While there, we were surprised how much better stocked they were compared by the Jewel I usually shop at. I would definitely like to go there again. I recommend this location.
