    this place sucks… service sucked, i ordered at the drive through and everything was great… until i paid in 15$ cash for an order that was 13.94$… the receipt showed that i paid in cash 15$ and yet i was handed no change. after asking for my change i was greeted by a look that would’ve convinced me a third eye had just grown out of my forehead, the window was then closed in my face and the little girl (13 at the oldest) who was operating the window/taking orders and working the register just walked away… about 30 seconds later a woman (much older) shows up and starts arguing with me about the change im owed like it doesn’t show me on the receipt… i show her the receipt followed by telling her all i want is my change and the window is closed in my face yet again… at this point im feeling like theres a language barrier and im not gonna get anywhere, when all of a sudden the window pops back open and one dollar and a dime (not the correct amount) is placed in my hand. long story short save yourself a headache and drive 5 minutes down the road to the next one, because you’ll spend 5 minutes arguing over change anyway….

    I have been coming here for the past two years ever since moving to Cary. They used to be the best Mcdonald's nationwide hands down. Since two weeks ago when they switched crews, This place is terrible. Yesterday I had to wait 22 minutes to receive a large coke and I complained to the guy at the front counter...

    I ordered an unsweet tea and a mcdouble. The mcdouble was hard and crunchy like it had been sitting around since 11:30 this morning, which gives you some insight to the 3 stars for the service since I was in and out. But here's my biggest problem. I ordered an unsweet tea and was given what looks like a watered down iced coffee. Tea is not a difficult thing to make, nor should it be difficult to screw up. This McDonald's has proven me wrong on both ends. Pathetic.

    Went and got breakfast and hashbrowns wasn't cooked all the way. It was a greasy and soggy.

    I had a concerning experience at this McDonald’s location while currently 20 weeks pregnant. I was served a meal that contained undercooked/raw egg, which poses a real food safety risk—especially during pregnancy. When I brought this to their attention, Diego (the manager on duty at the time) was professional, kind, and handled the situation appropriately by offering a replacement meal for a future visit. I appreciated his response and customer care. However, when I returned the next day to redeem that offer, the manager on duty was dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of consistency in how this situation was handled is disappointing. Given the seriousness of food safety—particularly for vulnerable customers—this should have been treated with more care and professionalism across the board. I hope management addresses both food preparation standards and customer service consistency moving forward.
