  Jimmy John's is always so delicious, when the employees get it right! seems like sandwiches are never cut when asked too. honestly it makes zero sense why either a 8" or a 16" shouldn't be cut in half. that's always the main issue in lake county or McHenry county, all sandwiches should be halved!

  Not worth it will just rip you off in the extras you get. Go to the one down the road. My wife paid for double meat extra mayo on her sandwich they didnt do anything about the extras. And claimed they did meanwhile the "cook" making my our sandwiches was openly complaining about working in a kitchen and how he hates his job so much. Meanwhile I cook in a hospital kitchen we dont get to serve one customer at a time in the air conditioning. Then we called manager and she claimed she couldn't do anything about any of it. Useless staff useless manager go elsewhere I know I will next time

  we paid 4 dollars for DOUBLE Turkey and they gave me Extra and tried to claim it's double. I eat at Jimmy johns three times a week. this is Not DOUBLe. the Workers were OPENLY complaining about working in a kitchen. bro. this ain't a kitchen. you have AC. it's a sandwich shop. they also Charge 3 dollars for Avocodo added but put mostly lettuce on the sandwich. this happened just now so the owner definitely needs new and Better workers. ALSO PAID FOR EXTRA MAYO AND THEY LEFT it DRYER THAN THE DESERT. DO NOT COME HERE. I Want my tip money back.

  My sub had very crispy crusty bread and no it wasn't toasted. Maybe This was meant to go out to the bird feeder. First time but I expect better since the prices for a vito are up and sized down to a slim.
