  I shopped at frg 1-2 X a week. I clip @u coupons on my computer & print them off. I've dealt w/same older man at self check lane 3X. On6/24/26, after an hour shopping, my personalized price for yogurt did not apply. I asked him for help & he was rude, as always. I told him to calm down & he projected it back at me. I canceled entire cart I was purchasing because of his rudeness & implying I'm cheating jewel. I then spoke w/manager who just kept saying she's sorry. I am a senior citizen who wasted time at FRG Jrwel. I will never shop there again. My added points speak for itself & they shouldn't have people ar register who can't read a simple printout. I was upset for hours after. Terrible customer service.

  So I've never sent money before through Western Union and I get to this jewel. I'm planning to find out this information that what information do I need to provide in order to send money to someone. And the lady says, you have to go through the process, blah blah blah, and while she's telling me this, she's asking another lady that could you help me out here? I've not done this in a long time. Then, I give her my license. My phone number and she asked me, which country you are sending it to? And I tell her, that's what I'm trying to find out. What information do you need from me for the recipient? So I would know if I have enough information or not, and she would be like, I have to go through a process making weird faces, and I don't know and I was like, you should have a form open in front of you that should tell you field by field, what information do you need from the recipient? Oh, no, I'll be proceeding with a process and blank faces. Total total 0 service. I wish I had gotten her name. But she's the one who's wearing glasses. An old lady and she called somebody from the office as well. From inside, that lady was young. Anyhow, this is not the way to deal with customer obviously. If I don't know any information, I'm trying to ask you, you have done this before. So many times you should know that this is the general information we need. You just constantly telling me we have to follow a process. We have to follow process, please. I'm not standing in a government office where I have to follow process/ law. I'm standing in Jewel isco, trying to send some money trying to find out. What information do you need from me?

  Great jewel, put more people on shift though. I bag because the cashier is always by themselves. Help them out.
