  If you want a hamburger don’t come here they will give you something else they rush you very rude and cold food and you pay a big price if you know what’s good for you go somewhere else

  Messed up my order gave my spicy when I wanted regular chicken sandwich.The fries had about a salt shaker of salt couldn’t eat them either had to throw it all out.Took three calls before someone answered and was told to bring it all back.Sure no problem I’ll go put more gas in my car and drive 20 minutes and wait in the 12am drive thru line for another 20 minutes.

  This McDonalds is futuristic plain. It's like walking into a dispensary, where you don't see product, but only people behind the counter. Sterile.

  I placed a mobile order for a McCrispy with EXTRA pickles, and somehow they managed to make it with NO pickles at all. Mistakes happen, but what happened next was unbelievable. I came back politely to have the order corrected, and not a single employee apologized or even said, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” Instead, the staff acted rude, annoyed, and completely unprofessional, as if fixing THEIR mistake was somehow my problem. Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. No respect for customers, no basic manners, and zero accountability. If you value your time, money, or even basic courtesy, avoid this place. Easily one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time.
