- B7BigSky 7Jun 27, 20261.0I walked into this location at 9:30 am on Saturday to only wait 10 minutes to place my order for a drink and donut. I ordered a large iced midnight coffee with two extra shots of espresso, one pump vanilla, and room for milk. Ok. Following waiting ten minutes to place my order, I then waited another twenty minutes for my order only to have the manager (female spanish lady with wavy black hair) deny me my order all together. She didn’t like the combination and said I couldn’t have midnight over ice because it is watery). Who made her the new sheriff in town? If a customer places an order which has been fulfilled at other locations such as Dunkin Donuts in Arlington Heights or Lake Zurich - let the customer have the order they waited thirty minutes for. She wasted my time and hers. With her attitude and her denying my order I said I wanted a refund and walked out. I will never be back to this location. Seven Brew is right down the road.

Mi calificación se basa en la respuesta de la encargada del momento Y es que fui hoy a buscar un chocolate caliente que siempre compró junto con dos croissant 🥐 el chocolate estaba super aguado insípido como si no tuviera azúcar y además estaba frío. Lamentablemente estaba camino a mi trabajo a una hora y no pude regresarme pero tuve que llamar y la respuesta de la encargada fue que estaba bien caliente y que ellos lo preparan todo perfectamente bien y que yo no tenía la razón lo cual es un absurdo Y eso no debería ocurrir fue en el turno de la mañana hoy. Le dije que el cliente siempre tiene la razón y más cuando es un cliente frecuente como yo que voy casi a diario y me dijo que no, Así que arreglen esa situación y asegúrense de antes revisar sus productos. Claramente se puede observar en la foto que está bien aguado casi que no tiene ni siquiera leche incluso

When I arrived, I politely asked the manager if it could be changed to a large. I clearly stated I was willing to pay the difference. Despite this being a simple request, she refused without offering any solution. What’s disappointing is that Dunkin promotes the “LAST” customer service model — Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank. None of these were followed. There was no attempt to listen, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue. Just a flat refusal. This wasn’t about the drink size—it was about the lack of basic customer service and flexibility. Situations like this are exactly where good management should step up and take care of the customer. Very disappointing experience, and not what I expect from a brand like Dunkin.
