  What a joke! How does a place like this stay in business?! Pick up order was 40 minutes late even after being given over an hour wait time when the order was placed. When I arrived there were numerous people waiting for orders, a couple of them being Door Dash, that were extremely late. Lots of irritated customers waiting! When dine-in people came in they were either waiting to be acknowledged or being told that food will take over an hour. Then, I was informed that they were out of the new flavor of wings I ordered (sweet chili crunch) even though they advertise it like crazy. After changing my flavor, I was told they were bagging up my order...which took 20 more minutes. Upon getting home I found I was missing an entire order of onion rings and 4 dips! I called the restaurant and talked to a manager who was beyond rude and full of excuses. Was told I could drive 30 minutes round trip with gas being $5 a gallon to fix their mistake. No offer to compensate or make up for my inconvenience. I did not go back...and will never go back. I reported the issue to corporate who then just pushed it back on the local store who 8 days later still hasn't responded. Do yourself a favor, spend your money on local restaurants...these corporate and franchised restaurants could care less about customer service or quality products. By the way...the food I did receive was awful!!!

  Food and atmosphere were pretty normal for a bww’s, my reason for a low rating is primarily aimed at Jonathan the bartender, I sat down and he was less than ideal. Took 5 min after he gave me my drink to ask for my food order and he never gave me a menu, no big deal it happens, get a menu and 5 min later I order the all american burger off the happy hour menu and I guess shame on me that I wasn’t explicit that it was from the happy hour menu. By the time he got back to me i forgot it should come with wings so he rang it up as a full price burger and charged me the extra for the tots which came with the special and didnt even get the wings. I mentioned the price difference when I was cashing out and he just said sorry what I ordered wasn’t the special… He’s not technically wrong I guess so shame on me for having such high expectations of the guy to apparently read my mind. My $18 meal with 2 beers (wild herd is good) went to $22 which is not ideal for a lackluster burger. Anyone looking at the receipt, I ordered at about 5:55 (still happy hour) and cashed out a little after 7.

  Placed an online order @ 10:20 pm got the order@ 11:10 pm. They forgot the onion rings. Not impressed, not going back.

  The chicken wings were super small. They sent out the incorrect size side order (but fixed it after I showed them the receipt).
