  I always order from this dunkin, the recent visits have been terrible. They have been forgetting to put items in my order recently, Ive been nothing but kind to the staff yet my order is always missing something. I ordered 3 donuts on the mobile app, I didn’t receive the old fashion donut I ordered and paid for.

  No matter how many times I repeat my order, its still wrong most of the time. I go to this location because its on my route to work. I'm going to find a different location.

  I have been coming to this dunkin for months at it use to be hit or miss just depends never nothing really bad but after today I will never go back there I got my usual coffee as always but they gave me the wrong size so they asked me to park but I went in to get because I had to use the bathroom and I get my coffee and its in a larger cup with cold foam and it looks like they just putes the coffee from the medium to the large and added cold foam when I said something I was just givin bad looks but wouldn't even add a lilttle more coffee to it but the worst part is it taste like water and flavoring and should have tasted like coffee but yea I definitely will not go there for my sokk

  I was just in this morning ordering beverages and some food. The staff that were on shift were amazing and so kind but there was what seemed to be a manager of some sort, Terry, I believe who was incredibly rude to his staff. Speaking to them in such a demeaning and condescending manner. Not only was he displaying such behaviour in front of all of the customers, he was also actively consuming a donut up front for everyone to see which was incredibly unprofessional. To all the workers, thank you for being so amazing and I’m sorry you have to deal with such behaviour.
