Major chain so the consistency is going to be there from location to location and this one certainly isn't an outlier. The restaurant itself is what I would define and "minimally kitschy," with music (while usually being a good selection) is generally one level too loud. But you're there for the food. And the food is good. The bread is fluffy and delicious, while the sandwich fillings are tasty. It's a go to for me when I'm in the mood and have (literally) a few minutes to spare.
