I love Chipotle, it's been a while since I had it, but I had a gift card and put it to GREAT USE. I didn't give it 5 stars because parking is tight and it's hard coming in and out that location. It's on a busy street.

I asked for extra rice and chicken which I got neither. No one else was in line and I was still rushed. As if he didn't want me in the restaurant. The counter they make the food was dirty with food pieces everywhere.

I stopped by during my lunch break, so my time was limited, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I didn’t realize it was for online orders only. Instead of simply explaining that, the employee opened the window with an attitude and said, “You should’ve read the sign.” I ignored the comment and went inside to order instead. Once inside, I saw a notice saying they were accepting exact cash or card only. I only had cash, but not the exact amount. An employee told me to get in the regular line to place my order, but no one ever came to help me. After waiting, I ended up leaving without any food. The lack of customer service, unfriendly attitude, and disorganization made this a very disappointing experience. I wasted a good portion of my lunch break and left feeling frustrated. I hope this location can improve how customers are treated and communicate more clearly.
