The manager told me I should be patient. I said nothing. When the girl who took my order asked about my coffee, she said someone must have taken it. No one took the coffee — I was standing right there the whole time. I didn't say anything, nor did I ask her anything. I just looked at her while she rambled on with an explanation and excuses I didn't ask for. You know... when you mess up, just say "I messed up." Stop making excuses.
