  If you’re asked to wait at the speaker before pulling forward, just don’t. Drive to the window and make the deal with their crappy wait times. Understaffed or not, I’ve never been asked to “wait to pull forward” so you can create a mile long line because you’re incapable of providing FAST food. It’s never right anyway, might as well let me pull forward. It’d be different if things were right, fresh, or when I did pull up there was an apology or they WERENT on their phones or hanging around talking, but… 🤷‍♀️ terrible management, lazy staff.

  Whoever’s in charge of this location should have more people on a shift. Waiting 20 minutes for a quesadilla is nuts. The poor staff that are there are running ragged trying to do everything at once

  Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins then another 10 to 15 waiting for them to take my order. Once we got to the window they were on there phones not even taking the next order. Then had the nerve to basically throw our food out the window and shut the door

  Around 8:40 on April 8th , i went to ask a answer for my order on the Kiosk , 3 workers individually came to the counter and as I'm right in their faces saying “excuse me” they ignored me and i know for a fact i spoke loud enough cause the ladies behind me were looking to see if the workers would respond to me. Ready to go home and all it doesn’t matter what are you being rude to me for? terrible customer service plus my chips and dip was just thrown in the bag any type of way
