  On September 11,2026 I had received an error after placing an order online. An error online occurred. I was charged for the order. But no confirmation happened. I called the store like the website said and the manager kept blowing me off and told me to keep calling back. I went to the store to show I was charged and nobody had my order. The manager would not solve the situation with me at all. Gave me a 1800 number and told me she could do nothing. My husband then went into a store and he is a white male and I am a black female. He went into the store told her the same story I did over our food. And she called her district manager to solve his problem and she made the food that we were supposed to get in the first place. It should not take a district manager getting on the phone when money has been taken out of the SAME account and his gets solved and mine did not. Very unprofessional. I asked for the district managers number and got a 1800 number. He went into and the district manager was got on the phone and the situation was solved right away. Very disappointed in Pizza Hut. I shouldn’t have to send my husband in to get anything happen with an order I had paid for. I want to be contacted by a higher manager or district manager because this Is terrible experience and shouldn’t have happened. Also to add another customer came into the store at that time as well (white male) had the same issue we had and she made his food with no arguments. Pizza Hut do better!

  We decided to doordash Pizza Hut last night. The first time I have ever been disappointed and their Pizza. There was an outline of sauce next to the crust but none on the body of the pizza. Come on guys that's what you're known for I love you guys because you have great sauce and last night we got none we also did not get our two liter we ordered. With a Domino's at the end of our street we usually order from them but last night wanted to get exactly what we loved. Big disappointment.

  As a bystander, I would like to bring something to the forefront that I was very displeased to witness. Just to be clear I was in the background witnessing this entire situation. To confirm the above statement, my ticket number was 0035 entered by Jessica 038493 on 6/08/26 at 4:26 PM. As I was waiting for my order, the GM, Jessica picked up the phone for a dissatisfied customer. Based on what Jessica was reflecting back to the customer for me to hear, the customer did not receive his food because the DoorDash driver stated on her end that the food was not paid for so she could not drop it off. Jessica told the customer that when those things happen, the DoorDasher is supposed to bring the food back. Jessica stated the DoorDasher had not done so. Before Jessica got off the phone with the dissatisfied customer, the DoorDasher walked in with the food and Jessica stated to the unhappy customer on the phone that the DoorDasher was walking in with the food now. I am not sure what happened when the DoorDasher first came to pick the food up, but the manager’s attitude towards the DoorDasher was very off-putting, which is my reason for writing this. The door dasher was respectful the entire time, even while the manager was giving her a hard time. If you are reading this door dasher, I am proud of you. The general manager asked the DoorDash if she signed out the food on her clipboard, and the DoorDash said that she never told her to sign anything out on a clipboard, and the general manager said I don’t have to tell you to sign it out on the clipboard then the DoorDash says well how am I supposed to know if you don’t tell me. The general manager sated to the door dasher that she has an unhappy customer because of the doordasher. The DoorDasher tried to show the general manager her phone where it was showing on her end that it was not paid for, but the general manager would not look and asked the DoorDasher to leave her store. The DoorDasher expressed that she needed a picture of the food to prove that she dropped it off, but the general manager said it was in the trash because she threw it away and did not go get it. The DoorDasher let the general manager know that she was going to take a picture of the store so she can confirm with DoorDash that she was in fact there and she didn’t want her to think that she was trying to take a picture of her. The DoorDasher asked a second time for a picture of the food because it was a requirement by DoorDash. The GM went and got the food for the door dasher. The DoorDasher stated she did not understand why the manager was giving her attitude. I personally didn’t understand either. The GM states that she asked her to leave “her” store. I’m writing this because I do not appreciate the way the GM was treating the DoorDasher. Her attitude was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Very disappointing. Again, DoorDasher, I am sooo proud of you for remaining calm.
