  As a bystander, I would like to bring something to the forefront that I was very displeased to witness. Just to be clear I was in the background witnessing this entire situation. To confirm the above statement, my ticket number was 0035 entered by Jessica 038493 on 6/08/26 at 4:26 PM. As I was waiting for my order, the GM, Jessica picked up the phone for a dissatisfied customer. Based on what Jessica was reflecting back to the customer for me to hear, the customer did not receive his food because the DoorDash driver stated on her end that the food was not paid for so she could not drop it off. Jessica told the customer that when those things happen, the DoorDasher is supposed to bring the food back. Jessica stated the DoorDasher had not done so. Before Jessica got off the phone with the dissatisfied customer, the DoorDasher walked in with the food and Jessica stated to the unhappy customer on the phone that the DoorDasher was walking in with the food now. I am not sure what happened when the DoorDasher first came to pick the food up, but the manager’s attitude towards the DoorDasher was very off-putting, which is my reason for writing this. The door dasher was respectful the entire time, even while the manager was giving her a hard time. If you are reading this door dasher, I am proud of you. The general manager asked the DoorDash if she signed out the food on her clipboard, and the DoorDash said that she never told her to sign anything out on a clipboard, and the general manager said I don’t have to tell you to sign it out on the clipboard then the DoorDash says well how am I supposed to know if you don’t tell me. The general manager sated to the door dasher that she has an unhappy customer because of the doordasher. The DoorDasher tried to show the general manager her phone where it was showing on her end that it was not paid for, but the general manager would not look and asked the DoorDasher to leave her store. The DoorDasher expressed that she needed a picture of the food to prove that she dropped it off, but the general manager said it was in the trash because she threw it away and did not go get it. The DoorDasher let the general manager know that she was going to take a picture of the store so she can confirm with DoorDash that she was in fact there and she didn’t want her to think that she was trying to take a picture of her. The DoorDasher asked a second time for a picture of the food because it was a requirement by DoorDash. The GM went and got the food for the door dasher. The DoorDasher stated she did not understand why the manager was giving her attitude. I personally didn’t understand either. The GM states that she asked her to leave “her” store. I’m writing this because I do not appreciate the way the GM was treating the DoorDasher. Her attitude was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Very disappointing. Again, DoorDasher, I am sooo proud of you for remaining calm.

  Place a order online was sent a message order was ready went to pick it up young lady told me 5 min..went to another store got food came back and they hadn't even put in the oven. Finally got my food and it wasn't cooked all the way cheese barley melted..had to place back in the oven a 15 min order took almost 1hr no apologies nothing...haven't been to this location over a 1yr and it will probably be another never. Pizza hut use to be the go to place but not any more

  Paid for order in full online but when picking up was charged an extra $16. Was missing an order of breadsticks. When I called the manager was very rude and unapologetic. I would not recommend this place. The food wasnt even very good.
